Director duo Stevie and Lola first met when Stevie kept hanging round Lola's improv shows trying to be her friend. Lola had made a vow not to make any new friends that year but made an exception for Stevie because she'd seen her do stand-up at the Edinburgh Fringe and knew she had to have her in her life. Since then, they’ve been writing, directing and starring in viral online sketches amassing 30 million views. Aside from being colleagues and pals, they both act and write across various TV and film projects. You might have seen Stevie pop up on 8 out of 10 Cats. Or enjoyed Lola in the hit BBC/HBO comedy series Starstruck. Bit of trivia: they are both quite tall (if you're looking for short directors, it may be best to look elsewhere).
